I Found Tomorrow’s Newspaper…

Imagine it's 2016 and I hand you a newspaper from 2026.

You start flipping through it.

  • Rockets are launching into space and then landing themselves back on Earth.
  • Cars are driving through major cities without anyone behind the wheel.
  • You can have a full-blown conversation with artificial intelligence.

You'd probably think you were reading science fiction.

But here we are.

Every one of these technologies is real today.

More importantly, they're still advancing.

So let's play the same game again.

Jump forward another 10 years to 2036.

What does that newspaper look like?

  • I think today's rockets have helped create an enormous economy in space, with thousands of satellites and businesses operating above Earth.
  • I think vehicles have taken their next leap too, with electric aircraft carrying passengers above congested cities.
  • I also believe today's AI chatbots will have evolved into voice AI agents we actually talk to – in our cars, restaurants, homes, and businesses.

Now here's what makes this interesting.

Every one of these trends is moving forward.

Yet every one of them is currently out of favor with investors.

Stocks in all of these industries have fallen sharply.

And in some cases, investors have practically stopped talking about them altogether.

I love setups like this.

Because the best time to invest in the future isn't when everyone is excited about it.

It's when nobody cares.

And right now, I see three opportunities hiding in plain sight.

#1: Buy the Dip in Space

A few months ago, space stocks were some of the hottest investments on Wall Street.

Rocket Lab (RKLB), AST SpaceMobile (ASTS), Intuitive Machines (LUNR), Redwire (RDW) and others soared ahead of the SpaceX IPO.

Then SpaceX went public, the excitement faded, and many of these stocks came crashing back down.

Meanwhile, the actual space economy will only accelerate over the next decade.

  • Launches will become more frequent.
  • Thousands more satellites will reach orbit.
  • Direct-to-device satellite communications will expand.
  • Governments will pour more money into space-based defense and surveillance.
  • And falling launch costs will make entirely new businesses economically possible.

By 2036, the space economy will be dramatically larger than it is today.

That's happening whether space stocks are popular with investors or not.

Right now, they're not.

Good.

This selloff is giving us another chance to buy into one of the biggest emerging industries of the next decade – for cheap.

#2: Buy the Dip in Flying Cars

Flying cars are getting closer to becoming a commercial reality.

Joby Aviation (JOBY) and Archer Aviation (ACHR) have spent years designing, building and testing electric aircraft.

Both companies are in the final stages of FAA certification, testing real aircraft and preparing to carry their first passengers.

Now we're reaching the point where this industry could make the jump from development to actually carrying paying passengers.

I've seen the technology firsthand when I piloted a flying car myself – without an instructor or safety pilot onboard.

This is no longer some futuristic concept. The technology works.

Yet just as these companies are getting closer to commercialization, their stocks have been crushed.

Joby and Archer are both down roughly 70% over the past year.

That's a massive disconnect. And an opportunity for long-term investors.

#3: Buy the Dip in Speculative AI

When SoundHound AI (SOUN) was trading around $16, I had dozens of readers emailing me asking whether they should buy it.

Today, the stock trades around $4.

And you know how many emails I've gotten about SoundHound lately?

Zero.

That's backwards.

Over the next decade, AI will make the leap from something we type questions into to something we simply talk to throughout our day.

Your AI agent will know your schedule, manage your finances, book your travel, shop for you, control your home, interact with businesses and communicate with other AI agents on your behalf.

And we won't want to type instructions into a screen every time we need something done.

We'll just talk.

That's why I believe voice will become one of the primary interfaces for the AI economy.

And SoundHound is the purest public-market bet on that future.

Buy the Future While It’s Cheap

Ten years from now, I expect far more rockets and satellites in space, flying cars carrying passengers above our heads, and AI agents helping us along the way.

And honestly… I don’t think this vision is too far-fetched.

Because the technology is largely here today.

The opportunity is that investors have lost interest before the biggest growth phase has arrived.

Space stocks are down. Flying-car stocks are down. SoundHound is down.

Let’s use this selloff to buy the next decade at today's prices.
